The annual 'Richmond Live' is a free outdoor festival with a host of local bands and some well known names spanning Friday and Saturday in the 1st weekend of August.
Swaledale Festival

Richmond Meet
Richmond Meet is held on the Spring Bank Holiday weekend. It has recently returned to its roots and now incorporates many cycling events: grass track racing, cyclo sportive and grand prix event. The fair comes to town for the week and the procession of floats is on the Sunday morning.Richmond also has several pubs, there are fourteen around the market place, so we're spoilt for choice when it comes to those after work drinks!
